So sit back and take a listen to our very First, listen mama moment.

What is mom guilt?

Mom guilt is just that guilt that we have to where we just feel that somehow we are failing our kids somehow we’re failing in our duties as mothers somehow we’re just not doing the job that we’re supposed to do. And the job that we have been made to do, but I wanted to stop by and tell you today that it’s just time to kick mom guilt to the curb. Just let mom guilt go because That is something that is in our heads. I mean, our mindset can be our worst enemies at time. And mom guilt is something that we just look at society we look around us, we just think about the judgments of others and things we’re doing with our kids. And wondering, are we failing, are we holding on to what we’re supposed to be doing, we have all these other focuses and our time is just not readily available. So that’s why I’m just here just to let you know, just let that mom guilt go.

I have a blog post that I written that gives you three tips that I have for you in letting that mom guilt go. One of my tips is to value your time. So you may not get much time you may be busy all the time. You may not even like the word time because you just don’t feel you have enough of it. But what I need you to do is start valuing those moments value that time that you do have and make the most of the time that is readily available to you. Second thing is to be present in the moment. And whatever you’re doing, make sure you are present. We live in an era of distraction confusion, just something is always going on. We’re always connected. We’re always tuning in for the latest news. So I just need you to just go into that moment and just be present in that moment, whether it’s putting your phone on Do Not Disturb telling people to call them back. Matter of fact, even turn your phone off and turn off your notifications. I mean, I know that’s hard these days. But we have to do more to stay present in the moment.

And the last tip I have for you is to take care of yourself. I know taking care of yourself seems like such an oxymoron right now. I mean, all the time. And we already talked about we don’t have all the time that we want to give back all the time. We don’t have to do the things that we need to do. We can’t imagine starting to take care of ourselves. But I don’t know if you’ve ever heard that you can’t pour from an empty cup. You are no good to yourself or anyone around you if you are running on a running on empty if your energy is constantly depleted. So you got to find ways to take care of yourself, even if it’s just sitting in a car for five minutes as you go from place to place before you leave work. Sit in that car for five minutes before you walk into your house sit in the car for a few minutes just take a few minutes and have some time for yourself squeeze in some me time.

Me time seems like a foreign language but trust me moms, we’re going to get there. I’m here to help you find that time in your schedule to find that freedom in your schedule and that you can get more me time. rethink the way you do busy and finally just reclaim your life and find a way to do life and do motherhood balances dead balance doesn’t exist. So we got to stop striving for balance. And instead we’re gonna look for being in harmony being in sync having the areas of our life line up so that we can accomplish all that we need to accomplish and kick that mom guilt goodbye. So make sure you hit that Like, follow button, sign up for notifications. Just stay tuned in. We have a lot of exciting things coming to our community moms, I’m doing this for us. We’re all in this together. We are our greatest support group and we got it.

Moms, we are taking back our lives. We’re gonna do this our Because our journey is not going to look like anyone elses. So say goodbye to mom guilt because this is your world and you win.
