Seasonal affective disorder, also known as seasonal depression is estimated to impact about 10 million Americans every year. Furthermore, SAD is four times more common in women than in men.

As a business owner, it is important that you are able to show up as your personal best each and everyday. However, life happens and things get in the way.  One things that hinders my productivity is Seasonal Affective Disorder. Today, I am sharing my experience with SAD and strategies I am taking to fight back against the winter blues.
